To those who may be having a “blah” day like I am

You know when you have those days where you don’t want to do anything at all? You just feel like sleeping or eating all day. Cuddling in bed with movies and snacks hoping that everything that seems to be overwhelming you will just fade away? Goodness, I am having one of those days today.
It’s weird though, I don’t feel sleepy or depressed I just feel like I need a break. I went ahead and got up for work, write this blog and I’m planning to workout and carry on with this evenings activities as normal. Hoping that if I just continue to push myself in the right direction my emotions will catch up. This funk that I’m in will disappear. I’ve made a choice to fight through my frustrations and it’s actually turning out to work in my favor. Simply writing this quick blog is helping me to feel relief.
